Worst restaurant hours of service, been waiting for restaurant to open since morning, at 10 am went there as per poster saying... Restaurant is still closed. Restaurant got a small notice that it closes at 8 pm. They don?t even got open/close sign board.Only 9 hours to serve food. Read more
Undoubtedly one of the most inconsistent hours of operation in Grand Island. I?ve wasted too much time and again circling the... building to find that it?s closed. With a giant electronic marquee saying the business is closed or open lobby only wouldsuffice. I?m beginning to believe that under this building is a lab holding Walter white and Jesse pinkman hostage. Although,even Gus could keep Los Pollos Hermanos consistent. Read more
Short handed like everyone else,drive thru was closed for that reason,but service was fast. Food was as good as any other Arby's... I've ate at. It is a newer location,built since I was in Grand island in October 2021. Read more

They deserve 3 stars for cleanliness. When I walked in the door no one said we will be with you, Alaina walked to the front and... took about an extra 10-20 seconds because she was messaging on her phone. The need to work on their customer service. Read more
Solid food, really enjoy the pecan chicken salad. Please get it on the menu year-round!
The food was hot and fresh. Clean building, restrooms were clean and stocked.
