Waitress forgot my beer not once, not twice but three times. Then forgot my son's onion rings, actually didn't even write it... down. There was maybe 4 tables total in the restaurant and was only two of us. Food was fine. Read more
They were pretty busy and it took a while for someone to acknowledge us and seat us. Once we sat down our waitress took a little... while to realize we had been sitting but once she did the service was pretty good. We got the hatch Chile burger and it was soso good! The radio was so loud you couldn't even carry on a conversation. The waiting period to be seated was 30 minutes even though... there were plenty of tables. Waitress was awesome. Food was awesome once we got it. We were a party of 9 and were served atseveral different times although we all ordered at the same time. Women's Restroom toilet was disgusting with black mold. Order came out at several different times. No bacon on burger with bacon. Little attention to patrons. Waiter was... apologetic...but. another couple left as they could not get seated. Not busy. Needs some managment quickly. Read more
Picked up order. Wings had 10 wing label but were each missing 5 wings. Called to ask and they said they didn't have a record... of our order we picked up but asked what was missing. We showed receipt at pickup and they handed us our missing food 10 minutesafter we got there without an apology. It would be nice to get what you order at takeout and not have to drive back... I had an hour wait for food because the kitchen was backed up on orders. Good food but not worth the wait. If there is no wait... it's totally worth it and would recommend to anyone because of the wide variety of sauces for the wings; boneless or bone in. Read more
2nd time where I ordered thru doordash and food was incorrectly made.. and instead of DD correcting it they give you half a... credit and make you pay more fees to get what you ordered the first time. So both parties are at fault. BWW for not checkingover the order.. again. Read more
