So I ordered on my app and my boyfriend ordered on his app. The store processed his order but not mine. But my debit card was... charged for both purchases but I only received one order. When I asked for a refund (after waiting in the drive thru for 40minutes) they told me I could not get a refund and ?they have nothing to do with the app?. When I asked for the phone number totheir corporate office, the manager refused to give it to me. She said, ?you can find it on google? and shut the drive thruwindow.
