Very upset with the experience I had tonight. We, me and my crew, pulled up to the store 7 minutes before closing. There were... only 2 of us were goin in, only about 3 people in the store. They closed and locked the doors at 7 minutes till closing as westarted walking to the door. I am not sure why why close 7 minutes early when it's not busy and not open 24/7, and this is theonly Casey's conveniently on 281. After we went across the street to PNP they still had the lights on at 1am.. just confused andupset for the 1st time with this Casey's. Read more
Attempted to get fuel by paying at the pump with a card at about 7pm 10/24/21. An employee BOB W, black mini cooper, cancelled... three transactions in a row from inside the store for no reason, without provocation, or any contact. I have video of the thirdattempt and submitted it to corporate. I spend over $15,000 per year at Casey?s throughout Nebraska. Other, non-Casey?slocations will appreciate my money. With employees like BOB W, black mini cooper, it?s difficult to believe that this placeconsiders itself LGBTQ+ friendly. He is one of the biggest homophobes GI has to offer. Waited in line with a woman in front of me. There were customers who couldn?t speak English getting a large amount of lottery... tickets. There were 2 employees who walked off. One left the store. I?m assuming his shift had ended. The other female leftwhile there was 4 people in line. She came back after 10 minutes and asked to help the next person in line. A customer walked upto her and she waited on them as apposed to to us that had been standing in line for the last 8 minutes. The customer in frontof me left and went to pump and pantry to do our business. I will never shop at a Casey?s again! Read more
Our food was 20mins late and the cashier was on his personal phone while checking us out.
Strangely enough, for being a convenience store, it has delicious pizza. Breakfast pizza is good as well as regular pizza.... however, sometimes in the morning when I am in a rush, they still don't have the pizza ready or cannot keep up if people aregetting slices of breakfast pizza to go. I like the option of being able to buy slices of pizza instead of the whole pizza. Read more
Out of all the gas stations here in grand island I prefer to only use this Casey's. Nothing against the other stations this... one just always had friendly staff and I don't have to pay at the pump I can pump gas and then go in and pay in case I need/wantanything else. Also it always looks clean when ever I am in the store. Read more
