Stopped in after kids softball tonight it was 930pm and the manager Becky had a sign on the door saying sorry they had to close... early because of unexpected circumstances. Not only that but in the morning her cashier will be extremely busy and Becky issitting in the office or I've seen her on her phone or cleaning shelves and I've only seen her once get on her register andactually help. I understand how the world is right now and how help can be hard to find but this store will have 6-8 employeesthere and you still have to wait in line 20 plus minutes. It's ridiculous. The last store manager ran things much better andthis store has been a disaster since she left. Maybe get Becky some more training on how to run a gas station more efficientlybecause if you have no customers you have no paycheck. I also understand customers can be unpleasant and I usually don't leavebad reviews but this has been ridiculous for way too long. Update 11/16/22. Unfortunately this is the closes gas station sinceI live in the country otherwise I would never come here. This store is a joke. They have a few good employees that are mostlikely embarrassed to work for the rude managers. Just stopped in and the young assistant manager with green/purple hair has avery snobby attitude. She acted like it was a problem that I asked politely for a bag. I've worked gas station job before so Iam always polite and understanding however the people you have working at this store give caseys a very bad look! Read more

The last 2 months that I've come here have been bad, usually in the morning. There's always multiple people waiting to pay and... only one lady at the register while the others sit back in the office doing nothing. Then this morning there are 7 people linedup back into the aisles and again one lady at the register. Meanwhile, two ladies are sitting in the office playing on theirphones. Once one finally comes out, she stands at the counter and plays on her phone some more. By the time I had paid, therewere still 5 in line with only one lady at the register and the other two still doing nothing to help. Update: Casey'scommented to this post asking to reach out to them so they could speak directly. I actually had already filled out the serviceissue on their website before ever leaving this review and received no response. Now they have removed their comment since then.They must not truly care about fixing the problem. Also, since first posting this review the issue has not really gotten muchbetter. Update 7-8-22: This place is getting worse. Gave them a try again and instantly walked in to a line back into theaisles with one cashier again. Meanwhile the other two are standing outside smoking instead of coming to help when they couldclearly see how bad it was getting inside. They clearly do not care about customer service. Read more

I came in to Casey?s this morning for a pack of cigarettes this morning at 8:15 or so and asked for a certain brand and the... cashier said she didn?t have any. I mentioned another type and she continually kept stating we don?t have that. I?m like nokidding. I had to point to the ones I preferred since my type was not in stock. She was very rude about the miscommunication onher behalf. Maybe having a bad day or not feeling well. I don?t know, but she had no right by all means to be rude about thesituation. Thank you. Don?t expect to get food here at lunch time. The cook at this one is horrible and doesn?t prepare for a lunch hour rush at all.... Both warmer cases are always empty at noon Read more

Its just on the edge of Grand island so it's convenient for me to stop before or after work as I live 40 miles west of GI.... Friendly staff, they offer a rewards program and promotions.A real plus is that they offer free air. I really appreciate thatconvenience. Read more

I like the food at the hwy 30 store, but I do not like the bacon they use, it always makes me sick. Their tea used to be the... best in town but now it's not as good, its as if they aren't cleaning the urns well or even take apart the spigot and cleaningthem. Read more

I was planing a surprise birthday breakfast for an 11 year old. His Favorite doughnuts are from Casey's. I called from Kearney... to see if they had his favorite ones.
