My husband and I have been to many Chipotles over the year and we have never had a terrible experience until we came to this... one. My husband ordered a steak bowl and the steak was inedible - super fatty. The rice was flavorless and overcooked. Icouldn't even finish my veggie bowl as it tasted off. I just grabbed lunch at this location. They were utterly swamped, but each employee there was busting butt to make sure... everyone was served great food in a courteous manner. It would have been very easy for the employees to lose their cool, butall I observed was extreme teamwork!! The gentleman manning the grill even directed a woman to the restroom. Everyone wasmoving quickly, but didn?t seem overwhelmed. Great job folks!! Read more
