This afternoon, I ordered 2 large pizzas, 16 buffalo wings, breadsticks & a 2 litter Sprite. After I paid, they said it would be... about an hour wait if delivered, I said, sure, please deliver it. Apparently, the whole order got delivered in 45 minutes; theydidn't knock & just left it outside. We kept waiting & waiting & if I didn't go outside, I would've kept waiting the pizza. Dominoes has been ripping me off. This is the 4th time they charge my card and the order doesn?t come through when I order on... their app. When this happens and I still want my pizza during that time, I have to risk processing another order or paying foranother separate payment for the same amount (charged twice) and wait for my money from my first transaction to be returned tomy bank, which takes several days. They lie and say it takes 2 days and that it?s my banks fault. The manager was also coveringup for her employer and confirmed this has happened before and that sometimes there?s a transaction hold? for the entireamount?! No. This is bogus and should be against the law. This needs to be looked into and I will not order from you again. Ihope whoever this has happened too speaks up here also so that this stops!
