This afternoon, I ordered 2 large pizzas, 16 buffalo wings, breadsticks & a 2 litter Sprite. After I paid, they said it would be... about an hour wait if delivered, I said, sure, please deliver it. Apparently, the whole order got delivered in 45 minutes; theydidn't knock & just left it outside. We kept waiting & waiting & if I didn't go outside, I would've kept waiting the pizza. Icalled & asked to speak with the manager, which he was VERY rude & disrespectful. I honestly don't think I'm ever ordering fromDomino's in Grand Island again. Read more
Called while driving to dominos and was on hold for 10 minutes. Got to the store went in and the cashier was sitting down... relaxing. He said have you order i said I'm trying but I'm on hold you must be really busy. He got embarrassed and made someexcuses. Poor service in my opinion Read more
Never usually a bad experience, but this time was awful. Went to pick up our order, checked the pizzas, and we got a Pepperoni... instead of cheese. Went in to tell them, they took the pizza, tossed it and was like guess we will have to make another probablygave away your cheese. This whole ordeal to just get our pizza took over half hour. The guy was very rude, never offeredanything or apologized. Horrid customer service. Regardless if anyone is short staffed, there's no need to he rude and handleservice this way. Read more
I have always had great experiences with Domino's, especially the Grand Island location. However, this is a 1st. Usually polite... and understanding, I can call and typically get answers before ordering if I'm unsure of something. But I was talked to with atone, kinda short with me, and kind of in a hurry after I 1st said I had 2 simple questions. Read more
Apparently there was an issue with our order because we were told to come back through the pick up window a few times. The app... said the order was ready, so we waited quite awhile. We really didn?t have a choice due to a lot of places being closed soearly. I?ve experienced absolutely horrible service there a couple of times before. I thought here we go again! Anyway, thestaff was so polite about it and apologized. I didn?t have to say or do anything. They were proactive instead of reactive andthat makes a huge difference! I wish I had the lady and young man?s names that helped us Saturday night so I could mention them.Thank you whoever you are.. as a CSR myself, I appreciate good service! :) The food was HOT, tasted good, and everything weordered right down to the ranch was there! Dominoes has been ripping me off. This is the 4th time they charge my card and the order doesn?t come through when I order on... their app. When this happens and I still want my pizza during that time, I have to risk processing another order or paying foranother separate payment for the same amount (charged twice) and wait for my money from my first transaction to be returned tomy bank, which takes several days. They lie and say it takes 2 days and that it?s my banks fault. The manager was also coveringup for her employer and confirmed this has happened before and that sometimes there?s a transaction hold? for the entireamount?! No. This is bogus and should be against the law. This needs to be looked into and I will not order from you again. Ihope whoever this has happened too speaks up here also so that this stops!
