Complete lack of care and effort. All lettering was lowercase. The a looks completely weird and off putting. Nothing is... centered. Outer edge frosting was slopped on in a rush clearly or just didnt care. I asked for an open mouthed shark head as themain picture and this is what was given to me. When took back in to see why it looked completely horrible compared to the last 5ive gotten that were absolutely amazing we were told their professional decorators were fired or quit and thats the best theycould do even if they did refrost it wouldnt look any better. Sad to say they've completely gone downhill and no longer have myfamilies business. Off to hyvee we go for decorated cookies by people who actually take pride in their jobs. Read more

I'm super impressed by how detailed their designs are. This was my Dad's birthday cookie they made, the detail is amazing.
Very disappointed with the order I picked up on Friday, I actually asked if they were serious when she showed me the cookies. ... If hadn't told someone I was bringing cookies I would of never spent almost $55 on cookies that looked like a child decoratedthem. Tried calling to talk to a manager, but they are NEVER available. She explained the different sizes and decorating options they had, and was really caring. I ordered itabout 24 hours before I needed it, and it was ready even earlier! Eileen's is amazing. The cookies are wonderful and they have helped with so many school fund raisers. Recently, there has been... controversy. It has all been blown up on social media with people who have spun Facebook posts to "Cancel" Eileen's. In reality,Eileen's have been community focused this whole time.
