We literally just stood there waiting almost 15 minutes and not a one of the three ladies in there even acknowledged us. The... drive thru was busy but there was only one other family dining in. Excellent experience as always. Quick to answer right away when I pulled up to the drive thru and very courteous as well. The... entire experience a 5 star plus given that the employee was upbeat and dis not sound like they were being made to do their jobagainst their will. Too many places I visit these days the employee sounds like they have better things to do than help me getwhat I am asking for. Thankfully that was NOT the case here. That in itself will have me returning more often thanks to afriendly voice and prompt service. Bravo! Keep up the GREAT work!!! Read more

Dining room was closed when we went over lunch, but there was no notice on the door. Went through drive through and our chicken... was under cooked and the breading was still doughy. We were sitting in the drive through for 5 minutes waiting to order. There was nobody in front and nobody behind us. And they... weren?t busy inside either. Anyways, a girl final talks to us but she say ?I?ll be with you in a moment,? in such a snarky tone.My family and I look at each other and leave. We love Hardees but they were so rude, disrespectful, and not professional. Getbetter employees that know what good costumer service is. And we have always had this problem in the past here. We have heardcussing and screaming coming from the back while waiting to get our order taken or waiting 20-30 minutes for our food. Read more
