Wow, look at these reviews. I'll add if you show up at 8:30pm they won't make you a fresh pizza because they said they turn the... ovens off at 8:25pm. They don't close until 9 but will only try and pawn the garbage leftovers in the hot case. But hey, LittleCaesers doesn't care or they would have made at least some attempt to fix all the problems this terrible location obviously has.Think it's better if everyone just stays away from the brand entirely to be honest. Customer service here sucks. They won't take orders over the phone. So if you're paying with cash, you have to go in and order... and sit and wait for however long it takes to make it. That's a real pain when you have small children with you. So I drove 20minutes out of my way to the Hastings location because they will take orders over the phone and the pizza is better thereanyway. Clearly Hastings location cares more about their customers than either GI location. Read more
I can not believe this place! It started off with a bad attitude from the staff. There was no pizzas ready. So I ordered an... ultimate supreme. 26 minutes later I received a pizza that was under cooked and virtually no sauce missing onions, greenpeppers, olives and sausage. When I complained the staff got hostile but made a fresh pizza. Approximately 30 minutes later Ireceived a correctly topped pizza with still no pizza sauce in existence. When I asked for additional sauce, I had to payseparately for and they must have come out the refrigerator. However the cheesy bread sticks were awesome. Read more
Not hot but warm pizza/sticks. Inexpensive and quick can't really complain but do wish they came with at least one marinara... sauce pkg. Read more
Terrible! I ordered a half Pepperoni pizza, half ham and pineapple. What I got was Pepperoni and pineapple across the entire... pizza ???? It was NOT on an original crust, but a paper thin tortilla-like crust. No clue what that was, but it isn't what Iordered. I had already waited 45 minutes for my pizza as the staff on duty were having melt down, after melt down, and keptshutting the lights off, touting "we're temporarily closed to catch up" ???? The young staff were rude to, frustrated customers,in front the rest of us. I was already out to my truck when I realized the disgusting mess of pizza in my box, too tired andhungry to go back in and face that croud. I ate it, more like choked it down. I submitted a complaint asking for a refund. Weshall see. Read more
Its a decent place. Very small and they make the food after you order. My only real complaint the stuffed crust pizza with two... toppings costed $17 but the pizza was very good. No issues with the quality at all. Read more
