It is hard to know how to rank Olive Garden. I ate at the Grand Island, NE location last night and it was perfect. The day... before I had eaten at Olive Garden in Lincoln, NE and it was horrible. We arrived at 11:00 on a Sunday and there were very fewcustomers. In spite of that service was incredibly slow. I had the unlimited soup and salad but I left hungry after over an hourand a half at the restaurant. The waitress was very slow to bring out more soup after it was requested. At one point werequested more bread for the table and more soup for me. We got the bread very quickly but the soup took over 15 minutes afterrequesting it. Throughout the visit other tables that arrived after us were served quicker and completed their visit. I amleaving a good rating for the Grand Island location but I would not return to the horrible Lincoln location again. Read more

This restaurant has really stepped up their game. The meal was absolutely outstanding! The service was terrific and the store... really clean!
