I ordered the large Philly cheesesteak pizza, garlic knots and the jalapeño popper rolls. Usually papa John's is my favorite... and I was very excited bc it's been a few years since I've been able to purchase a pizza from here. I didn't like this pizza atall. I ate the stuffed crust dipped in my marinara sauce, which was cold for sum reason. The jalapeño poppers weren't bad. I'llstick to the pizzas I love next time. The service was excellent hence the 3 star rating. Every question I asked was answeredwith knowledge and confidence. Plus we received our order in a timely manner. Thank u very much. Read more
OMG! I absolutely love this Papa John's! I had ordered $40 worth of food from Dominos around 9pm and had to cancel my order due... to their ignorant manager, so I decided to try Papa John's around 10pm cause I was craving pizza and my wife was too. But Ican't tell you how much of a boss decision that was! The guy who took my order was sweet and kind to my wife, he even checked tosee if certain desserts had eggs cause my wife is allergic. Then, we get our food and it was HOT, fresh and cooked perfectly!Pizza, wings, and brownies! All absolutely beautiful! This place deserves more than 5 stars! Keep up the killer job! I placed an order 45 minutes before they closed and they decided to cancel it after making us wait 30 minutes. When I called and... asked why they had they said they needed confirmation and tried to call us. When I said that we hadn't received any calls andwanted to check if they had the right number. They did so either they are incompetent and don't know how to use the phone orthey lied to me and thought I wouldn't call. Terrible customer service. Read more
This used to be my favorite place! Until tonight, when our customer service was awful!! I had known for a week that Id be... ordering supper on New Years Eve. I placed our order at 7:20am for pickup at 6:30pm. We were told after showing up on time thatour pizza would be another 25 minutes. We live out of town and so we had to drive from 30 minutes away. One of the employees wassnarky and rude when I questioned why our order wasn?t ready because we had ordered it with plenty notice. I had even called at4pm to verify pickup time. I do not complain often because Ive worked in the restaurant business. However I knew better than totreat customers with the blatant rudeness and the disrespectful way we were treated tonight.
