Meat on my sandwich was extremely salty. Asked for little ice and got the complete opposite, couldn't even get the straw into... the cup there was so much ice. Too expensive for not that good of food. Maybe it was the workers that didn't know what they weredoing but I would have to think twice on trying it a second time. Read more
Food is good but they can't figure out how to open the lobby..The lady in the drive thru gets an attitude when people have to... repeat their orders. If people boycott the drive-thru it would force opening the lobby or shutting down. Wonder if they get itfigured out before this happens! Read more
I travel a lot with work, this is hands down the worst pepper Jax I have ever been too. My sandwich was Unedible like sucking on... a salt block, & I usually use a lot of seasoning on my food. I honestly miss going to this place but the drive through is annoying to traverse with how its laid out and their lobby is still... closed for who knows what reason (probably a dumb one too) so I haven't gone in ages. I'll be happy when I can go into the lobbyand order the way i prefer but i don't see this happening any time soon so their loss i guess. I stop by to grab a sandwich while I was in town it was the 1st time I've ever been here. The staff was friendly enough and they... did have some begin options on the menu but the flavor was a bit lacking on the veggie philly sandwich... place was clean and Iwould go back to try another option.
