We visit Pizza Ranch about once a month when we are in town. Our most recent visit was met with a sign stating that they were... understaffed for the day, but you would have never known! The Pizza Ranch crew kept tables clean/cleared, the buffet stayedstocked, and staff still made their way around the restaurant to take care of customers. I appreciate the Pizza Ranch staff, andthose that showed up on Sunday to run the place so efficiently. We can't wait to be back! Read more
Food is good. The fried chicken is really good. The salad part of the buffet looked like it was tossed around a bit. Little... tidying up would of made it better. And the floors were alittle dirty. Read more
This is the Best Pizza Ranch ever! Best one Ive ever been to. Came in from Lincoln at lunch and the manager/owner?? was amazing!... So nice and HE WAS HUSTLING :) So impressive on how he was running the place at noon. The place was busy with many cowboys andconstruction workers and he was getting many fresh pizzas and chicken out fast! Great pizza and even better chicken. The buffetwas full at all times, a huge mountain of chicken and everything was hot and fresh! Their chicken is the best in my opinion.You've gotta stop here.. you won't be disappointed! Not the same quality as the Pizza Ranch I remember visiting in Pierre, SD back in the late 90s, but you could probably say the... same thing about all the other restaurant chains out there. Just giving them five stars because the owners are not ashamed tomake it publicly known that they are Christians who support Christian charities and they play KLOVE at their establishment aswell! I don't eat there as much as I'm tempted to just because I need to watch my waistline and eat a healthy diet, and puttingtheir soft serve ice cream on the chocolate chip cookie pie on their dessert bar is highly addictive for me, so I enjoy eatingthere sparingly. Food was EXCELLENT! Service was good. We had a large group and were able to sit together and eat. There was always someone... coming around picking up our empty plates. Very nice place to eat too much! Read more
We drove 4 hours just to get to this place. We arrive 8:03pm, parked the car, get down with the kids very excited as it is not... available where we live. While walking towards the restaurant there's a big guy standing outside with the pizza ranch hat on hishead (assuming he work there). He stops as from getting in, and said we are not accepting customer anymore as we are closingearly today. And my husband said It says you close at 9pm, then he answered, "well yeah reason why we start cleaning by 8;30pm".At that moment my husband looked at the time and said it's just 8:11. Then he looked at his phone and said " well today we areclosing early" with angry tone on his voice. As we looked inside there's only couple tables/customer eating, but the pizza ranchcrew are already busy clearing the food bar @8pm. The guy says, as you can see, we are already cleaning so if you get in therewill be no more food in the bar. We are really very disappointed. The crew are obviously deciding to close it early bythemselves. As they send this guy outside to stop people from getting in. We don't recommend this place, very poor customerservice. Read more
