Food tasted like it had been sitting out for a couple days, thrown in the dumpster, then thrown in the microwave. Toast had no... butter and was extremely burnt. Asked for only ketchup on my burger and got everything but ketchup. Will never be eating hereagain. Read more
Made a mobile order & checked in within 5 mins. Waited a half hour until i went inside to see what was going on. They told me... they threw it away & couldn?t check in mobile orders on the patio screens. Didn?t give a refund or my order. Don?t plan onreturning. Read more

All but four of the stalls are always closed so using the app is extremely inconvenient. The inside was also closed so I... couldn't wash my hands when an open ketchup packet that was on the table got all over. Even most of the stalls for sitting downwere closed. Empty cars were parked in the open stalls too so couldn't even use those. Not a one time thing, many times it islike this. Read more
Made an online mobile order for drinks, theyre 1/2 price. Online orders stop at 9:40pm the app said and I submitted it at 9:39pm... and when I got there, my order was cancelled or "didnt go through". I told the employees I made an order on the app and itdidn't process and she said they dont take mobile orders passed 9:30pm. I told her the app said 9:40pm and asked if they wouldstill honor my online order and she said no, you can pay full price. She didnt say it in a nice way either. I like the Sonic business for those moments when you wanna eat your food in your car. You can order by car thru or from your car... at the parking lot designed for it. My favorite drink is the straw berry classic shake with pop corn chicken with bbq souce.Sometimes I drive there just for one shake drink. ???????? This is not a place for go to dinner with your family or friendsbecause this business is oriented to eat your food in the car, that's the only thing that i dislike about this businessesmodel. I really recomend their food for those lazy moments when we wanna eat something delicious in our car. Read more
