This location has the most unreliable hours. Their drive thru and mobile ordering is constantly unavailable. Often the whole... store will be closed by 2pm or not open at all. Typically I've experienced this when Starbucks is debuting seasonal products orhaving a promo like double points.. These inconsistencies makes the customer experience here very frustrating. Terrible service, go to a local coffee shop like baristas if you want friendly and fast service. Even their support is... incompetent. They sent me a link if I need additional help and it just leads to a directory of pages. You can't even send me alink to the actual contact page? Maybe get a job as a ditch digger or something you're more qualified for. Read more

Waited 20 minutes for 2 drinks in the lobby. One drink was completely wrong, the other took 20 minutes for someone to actually... make it. I watched them pick and choose which orders they wanted to do, and I watched them make my drink and set it off to theside because someone didn?t know what to do with it. When asking one of the employees about my drink, she was extremely rude tomy sister who was just asking a simple question. Also made several other drinks for people who came in after us. Read more

I went today to Starbucks and for the third time I have to explain to staff that when I want to reload on my phone card for... Starbucks they want to charge the price for items and plus what I want to reload. No I always have to explain and explain overagain not to get charged double the amount since it has happened two times. So my point is some staff get upset just because Itold her not to get upset for that since I always do it that way (I was calm by the way). That?s why I give it a three starother than that ITS GOOD. I do love me some Starbies. However, I've never waited in line longer in my entire life. I went yesterday on 11/17 and placed a... mobile order pickup. I chose to pick up inside. The drive thru was packed and inside was so packed that there was nowhere to sitand absolutely nowhere to stand. I was waiting for my mobile order for an hour. I gotta hand it to the team though. Theyhandled it with grace and smiles. My only issue was that I waited so long for my drink, and it was wrong. Instead of it beingthe hot apple crisp I always get, it was something with pecans. Pecans make me sick. I wasn't able to take it back right awayas I had to get to work. But after work I went and the young lady remade my drink for me with no question. But today, samething. It wasn't quite as busy, but I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru and again they made my drink with pecans. Read more
