Loved the food service etc.. but the app doesn't work for me for some reason.
I came through last night at 11:30pm, it says that you guys close at midnight. I sat at the menu bored for about 10 minutes... before deciding to leave. When I drove pass the window I could see people inside just standing there. All I wanted was a drink.You guys should really consider getting night time people who actually want to stay open till the time they are suppose to andtake there jobs seriously. It was late when we got there but we had to wait a long time for someone to come take our order. The bathrooms were a mess with... trash overflowing. However once they took our order the food was fast, comma hot and good. Read more
On it's website it state's it is open until 12am. This is also stated on the drive you window and doors. However they are seldom... open past 10. Often times they shut off the order board to look as if they are closed for the night. I've also been through thedrive through before and it was 10pm. There were 3 other cars behind us. After they got that last order in I heard an employee say " that's it, we are closed now. That night they were also to be open until 12am. Don't waist your time on rude staff andfalse advertising. I suggest that Wendy's either change the open hours on all advertising if they do not intend on staying openuntil 12am. Read more
Horrible and long service at drive through. Only two cars in front of me, yet it took them over 10 minutes just to take my... order. It wasn?t until people behind me that started honking they took my one order for a medium Dr. Pepper. After the order wastaken I waited another another 7 minutes to pay for it and get my drink. Not get my sauce for my chicken nuggets chicken nuggets and french fries were dark brown case you?re not in the food service... business that means you need to change your grease stop feeding people food fried in Grease that is not fresh. I ordered a number one no cheese and a side of ranch. I told him three times no cheese. I asked them twice about the ranch and... they said yes we put it in the bag. There?s cheese on my burger. There?s no ranch in the bag I would give them a zero stars. IfI could I called them they can?t do anything unless I want to go all the way back to the store. I?m not proud of what I told theguy to do with himself. If you go, make sure you check your bag before you leave. Check everything! Read more
