Service was more than decent but not perfect. My coffee was not hot it had been turned off for a while already. I was not... offered a refill nor was my husband. We both wanted at least one refill nothing crazy. . My wings were cold, our ketchup bottlewas gross. And when handed togo containers we did not get any lids for or dipping sauces. So or food was a dessert as soon as wewalked out the door. When i did ask for sugar i got some type of sweetener. I asked for sugar. The server was polite, butapparently did not want to take care of us. Also when they asked us if there was anything else we needed they seemed confused onour requests. Stopped by around 1:15 for a bite to eat. Ordered food right away, but it didn?t come out until an hour later- cold with many... items missing. Ordered two apps and they came out after our meal was completed. No refills unless asked multiple times and verydirty tables. Spoke to the female manager who didn?t care what I had to say and offered to ?replace? items but was more focusedon walking away. Many tables around us with same issues. If you eat in it is good but if you get it to go check your food . They don't like to give you any sauce. Which makes no sense... because without the sauce it is gut extremely over priced chicken. Our server Aspen was AMAZING. She was kind and patient with our group of 10. The original employees that greeted us were rather... short but she made the whole experience. The food was delicious and quick. Highly recommend. Read more
We come in all the time just to sit at the bar, chat with Gabe (by far one of the best bartenders in town) and watch games.... However, they now have a wait to even sit up at the bar top. It was a 30 minute wait to sit at the bar even though there wereseveral open seats available. I'm not waiting 30 minutes to sit at the bar at 8:30 on a week night. Took the family for dinner. Food was ok, nothing I'd go back for. Decent atmosphere. Staff was friendly. It was somewhat busy,... never seen our waitress except for when we ordered, and when we got our check. All of our drinks went dry halfway through themeal. First visit. I ordered the All American cheese burger with pepper jack cheese. I got a normal all American cheese burger with... pepper jack cheese on my fries. My husband and son ordered wings and they are extremely dry and burnt. And the bar pizza isburnt. The ice water was good ????. Read more
