Ordered the Chicken Philly. The meat was absolutely disgusting. The veggies were not fresh at all. Had very little cheese,... no mushrooms or onions. Had peppers on it. The sandwich was covered in the same sauce that the ultimate Fries had on it. Itwas similar to sour cream, but more liquidy and like ranch dressing??? My children wouldn't even eat it. We got there 15 min before they closed on Sunday August 4th and while I was taking care of my daughter the guy at the counter... rudly interupted my wife when she started to order, saying "I am only taking drinks! We close in 15 min and we have already shuteverything down!" I understand wanting to go home, but we walked there from target where we needed to get some stuff to takecare of a disaster in the car. We needed a break from a 4 hour drive from Denver with another 4 hours left that day to Salt LakeCity. Little did we know that we would be denied service. My wife also just recently found out her grandpa probably wouldn'tlive much longer, and that was just the cherry on top of an already stressful day. I'm sure the restaurant has great food. I'vebeen there before and have enjoyed their cheese stakes, but customer service is vital. If you are open till 6 you need to beopen till 6, and if there is a problem find a way of saying politely. There's little excuse for this service. We did not eatthere and eneded up walking back to the car and settled for burger king which showed much greater hospitality. Read more
Me and my wife decided to eat at Charley's philly steaks for the first time, we were greeted by an associate named Orlando. He... not only treated us with respect but showed professionalism while conducting his job in an orderly fashion. He informed us aboutthe menu to great extent. Orlando really made us feel like we've eaten there numerous times. He smiled and had great customerservice, he made us feel welcomed and comfortable. I rated customer service 5 stars because of the amazing service orlando andthe other associates created for us, I will definitely recommend this place to friends and family. This place is AMAZING...my husband mis read the menu and ordered a Philly cheese steak not knowing it had mayo, so I took it... back for him and explained the situation, will the guy who made it thought it was mine so he remade mine....lol then I took itback again and told him that it was my husband not my order so he REMADE it AGAIN for the 3rd time and let me tell you I work inthe food industry place and I possibly would of been mad that the customer first read the menu in the first place.... But notthese guys, these guys are absolutely amazing guys and great such a great attitude the entire time!!!! Highly highlyrecommend!!!! Read more
