It was Veterans Day and I told our waitress I am a Veteran. I ordered from the menu created for Veterans on the ????????... complimentary day. The waitress never acknowledged me as a veteran and then I had to ask her to remove the charge from my plate.(My friend purchased a lunch, but then both meals were on one ticket. Great atmosphere, because the dining area was filled with???????? Veteran's. I'm female and was not respected by at least 2 wait staff. Guess I will stick with Applebee's for respect onVeteran's Day. One of the best Chili's location I've been too! The server Misty was an amazing person. She took our order in a timely manner.... She didn't hover and let us enjoy our meal, checked in when needed. All around amazing experience! Read more

Came in for dinner on a Friday night and the place wasn?t super busy. Took a bit of time for the hostess to seat us because... nobody was up front when we got there. Food was fairly good but the biggest reason I am leaving a review is our server. Andrewis absolutely phenomenal. He was very friendly, had great recommendations and made sure we were taken care of. Food was okay but service was lacking. When our party arrived, we were seated at a dirty table. Waitress was not giving refills... and didn't bring requested sour cream/extra plates until we were done with the meal. The table of 8 had to share 5 sets ofsilverware because we weren't been given more, even after requesting some. To top it off, we did not tip much because we weren'timpressed with the service however our waitress chased us out of the restaurant asking for more tip. She stated that we shouldtake into consideration that it was close to closing when we left. Most of our party works in customer service and will gladlytip if we are happy with the service we receive. I dont personally think chasing the customers down for more tip is proper workethic.... Read more

We ordered takeout in February 2022: Margarita Chicken in the 3 for $10 menu. I got it with Texas cheese fries and corn on the... cob. I didn't realize that there were jalapeños on the fries, so I had to take those off. ;-) He got a Bacon Burger with the 3for $10 menu with fries and a Caesar Salad. Notice the difference in size between the house salad that I got and the Caesarsalad that he got. The food was good. Read more

My husband and I came for a lunch date together. We walked in and there was no greeter to seat us. We waited 10 mins or more... just to be seated, other staff working gave no acknowledgement. We were finally seated and the ?hostess,? if you could call herthat, said the only table available was the one in the bar or we could find another place to eat as the dining room is not openuntil 4:30. I?m sorry what? But I was in the mood for my favorites. Our waiter Andrew was amazing though!!!!! We give him 5??.!!!! He was incredibly busy, but was very attentive. He worked his section well and was very kind and appreciative of ourpatience. He even took a moment to talk to his disabled customer beside us, and opened the door for me since I was on crutches! We gave up on Chili's a couple of years ago due to poor service and decided on giving them another chance tonight. Bad... decision. We were sat, and they were half empty on a Friday night. We sat for 10 minutes. Several staff walked by, but notone said hello or even that they would be with us shortly. Simply ignored. We finally just walked out. Don't blame it onstaffing, as Bostons sat us and got us drinks very quickly. It is a poor culture that causes that type of service. Read more
