The waiter went the extra mile and put real cherries in our sodas. I was quite disappointed that bread did not come with the... pastas. Can't soak up the left over sauce without bread! The waiter did offer bread as an appetizer, maybe I should have takenhim up on that. The ravioli was "made from scratch", very delicious. The pasta with muscles had very little taste but wasedible. Alfredo pasta looked really good but was quite dry. Overall, some things were good and some less than good, but i willdefinitely eat here again. Read more

I've been searching for good Italian food here for weeks, and finally gave this place a try. Ordered takeout, as the restaurant... was packed, mainly with old people that had masks on, blocking walkways and exits..... Think night of the living dead.... Foodtook 20 minutes, hostesses was a Doll, and very personable .. the real treat was the food .. best chicken Parm I've had inyears. Excellent flavors and textures, large serving. Totally satisfied!! Will be back, and as I am profession chef as well, will definitely suggest this place to all my chef friends, and my foodie friends as well. Thank You. Excellent service, delicious food. I'm in heaven........?????????????????? Read more

We had lasagna and it was one of the best we have eaten in Italian restaurants. Meatballs was full of flavor. It was bit cold... but waiter was kind enough to get it reheated for us. Interior decorating was Italian alright. Read more

This was hands down some of the best Italian food I?ve had in the valley! We started with the mussels and Brussels sprouts. The... sprouts were beyond amazing!! I would come here just for them. For entrees we had the chicken piccata, lobster raviolis andsmoked Gouda sausage Mac and cheese! We had absolutely no leftovers!! On top of this David was such an amazing server! He wasvery knowledgeable about the food and drinks. He was very attentive and we never had to wait for a refill. This will be our newplace. Read more

It was a busy night for them but the service was remained great. Fettuccine Bolognese was not that surprising to me, but don't... get me wrong, it was still delicious. I highly recommend the shrimp scampi and mussels pasta. Read more

First let me say. The wait Staff is incredible. They did nothing wrong and in fact deserve a medal for their conditions. Not... sure if they changed hands? Used to love them. They used to do bread at the table and have a selection of really goodfood. Went tonight. $70.00 for two later and I'm extremely disappointed. Ordered an appetizer and two entrees. Both wereextremely bland. Fettuccine was pretty mushy and my shrimp were cold and rubbery. Will probably not return. This isn'tnecessarily their fault but the air seemed to be struggling. So much so that it was hotter inside than out. Poor girls wereabsolutely miserable and we felt for them. Read more

Came for early dinner in August, we walked from our nearby hotel, convenient. It?s a cozy place with rustic elegant decor and... limited seating. They also have a small outdoor patio area. Our waiter was attentive and accommodating but the place filled upfast so he got busy after our food came. Food was hot and delicious, no complaints here. Would dine there again if ever backin town. We stopped in while waiting to depart for Vegas. It wasn't too busy but we had about a 15 minute wait. Which wasn't a problem... because we weren't in hurry. It was a warm day in Grand Junction and the restaurant was a bit muggy. Our server Cheyenne wasgreat. She was attentive and quick. Service was excellent. We ordered a couple of appetizers. 3 meatballs with mozzarella andmarinara. Also garlic cheese bread with bacon and marinara sauce. Both came out quick and were fresh and hot. We also split aclassic stromboli. Which takes about 30 minutes to come out. It was also hot and fresh and tasty. Overall our experience atCitrola's was fantastic and a great way to start a trip.
