Love the food - so fresh & custom made. But the loud obnoxious music is a real turn off. The staff & customers can't hear when... placing an order. Then when sitting at the table you can't talk to your lunch mate. Staff dragging trashcans in & out, musicblaring all reminded me of a loud sports bar, that I won't go to because of the noise. Lunch should be a relaxed enjoyableexperience during our stressful times. My suggestion - Order To Go - DO NOT EAT IN THE RESTAURANT! And take ear plugs! Read more
We used to eat here a lot when we lived in grand Junction but it?s been about a year. Today we decided to go to eat here and I... wish we hadn?t. The place seems to have gone downhill and customer service was terrible. We ordered chips and queso with ourmeal and ended up getting a refund after 25 minutes of waiting and multiple times asking for the chips and queso. The guy hadzero customer service skills, never apologized for the wait or gave a good explanation as to why it was taking so long otherthan ?they needed to cook?. The rest of our food was subpar relative to what it used to be like in regards to taste andfreshness. It was super disappointing and it won?t be a place we seek out when we are visiting family. I stopped here right at noon, the line was long but it keep moving, BUSY! The front line people at the counter were smiling and... keeping everything moving like a well oil machine while giving enough attention to made you feel like a person not a number.Food was great and the portion was enough to keep construction guys satisfied. The food is okay, typical chain food. What gets me about this place is how slow they are. It took twenty minutes to get five of... us through the line. Whatever you do don't order online as they don't make your order to be ready for pickup, they make it whenyou get there...behind all the people who are already there in line, and then maybe you will have to wait for a couple morewalk-ins before they make your go order that was placed 30 minutes before any of the customers who walked in ever arrived. Everything is pretty good here. The food is good. However the last several times I have been in the ice machine on the pop is... broken. All of the pop was flat like it needed a new flavor added to the machine. This has been over several months now and thepop machine is basically down. The pop is always flat. It is shame because this used to be one of my favorite places to go.Better than qudoba! However I do not think I will go in here for a long time. First time eating here. I ordered the steak nachos and two shredded beef tacos. The presentation is good but the flavors just... aren't there. The rice is good but the pinto beans and black beans really needed to be cooked for probably another hour at leastas they were definitely under cooked. The nachos were ok but just not there with flavor but the steak was good so I pickedthrough the plate. No ice for the sodas but there's fresh brewed tea. Read more
They give a military discount year-round and their food is off the charts. They beat their competition Cafe Rio. Their serving... sizes are significantly better for the same price or better. They also have things on the menu you cannot get anywhere else.Their customer service is amazing and you can get through the lines significantly faster than their "competitor" Cafe Rio. Thestaff there is exceptionally nice and it's a pleasure seeing their smiling faces each time I go through the line. Last lead therewards program far exceeds Cafe Rios. Read more
The manager made my day by addressing my complaints and helping me with kind words and efficient assistance in a reasonable... amount of time. I would send my grandmother there to eat. The service provided by the woman that served me and the manager arecommendable and they went over the top to make me feel accepted. Read more
