Our pizza from this store is consistently good. However, if you call the store and an Asian sounding person wants to route your... call elsewhere, hang up! That?s what happened to us tonight and we hung up. It?s a scam that the store employees told mydaughter they are aware of but don?t know how to fix it. Really? Spent a long time on the phone with their new outsourced order center in India. Customer service very poor. Communication was... excruciating. Rep not understanding the menu or the questions about the order. Finally just gave up and drove to the store toorder in person. Store employees let me know it would be almost an hour waiting in store for take-out. Gave up at this point andleft the store. Read more

Unfortunately we order pizza far more than we should! But because of that I can give a pretty fair review of the Domino's on... Broadway. The one time my order was messed up they rectified it straight away, I've never dealt with anyone unpleasant & ifSarah delivers your pizza, well you are truly lucky. She is so kind, always going above & beyond for us, even offering to stayand wait for us one time when she beat us home. She was worried our pizza would get cold! Anytime I come across good oldfashioned customer service it tickles me because it seems to be such a fleeting thing these days!! Keep up the good work guys,we appreciate you! Read more
I took advantage of the curbside delivery and waited 45 minutes after my pick up time, and they have a 2 minute from done to car... guarantee. 9 days later I try to redeem and can?t because my free pizza expired?. Horrible customer service. Wont be back! Read more
