Ordered online. Was left on Prep for 50 minutes. Call store ask whats up. guy tells me my food is done and just needs a driver... and should be there in 20-30 minutes. I inform him that ive already been waiting for 50 minutes and hes response was almostverbatim that our current average wait time is 2 hours and that they are doing me a favor getting it to me so fast. When iordered the food i dont think this guy know it has the estimated delivery time and the average wait time for the store which wasonly 50 minutes. Insane the charge you a delivery fee and expect you to tip on top of that when this is how this particularstore is being ran. Read more

Slow service. Employees chatting with each other and not paying attention of giving customers there finished/ready to give... orders. Recommend other Dominos locations for pizza needs And they had the pizza sitting over5-10 mins Read more

The food here is fantastic. The North Avenue store taste so much better than the rest of the stores. It somehow just isn’t the... same. The pan pizzas are always made so perfectly, I recommend Domino’s at this location to anyone. Read more

I ordered 2 pizzas and a chicken dish for delivery. When the driver arrived he only had the chicken and no pizza. I asked about... the pizza and he said he would return shortly with the missed pizzas. About 30 minutes later when the pizza did not arrive, Icalled the store. They assured me it was on the way. About 20 minutes later the 2 pizzas arrived (this was well over 1 1/2 hourssince the original order). I later called the manager to express my displeasure. The manager advised there was nothing theycould do since it was delivered and eaten already. He said they were short staffed and did the best they could. Poor customerservice Read more

App quoted 7:59 to 8:09 pick up time. Got here at 8:09 and was told it would be at least another 30 minutes. And, the person at... the counter acted like I should have known, and was rather put out that I arrived at the quoted time when I should have knownthey were behind. Terrible service. Will probably be a long time before I think about visiting Dominos again. Read more

Update: ordered again for the first time since my last experience and my pan pizza was absolutely undercooked, part of it closed... in the box, a few pieces looked like cooked crust with just sauce on it. Ricky should spend more time on his orders because Iwill NOT be bringing my business here again. I would think after the absokute disaster I had to deal with that they would dobetter. I would personally see Ricky as a liability to my business if this were my store. Placed an order and waited about anhour while it was still in the quality check stage. Called the store and the employee said the order was likeky with 30 road, itwas not. Got a call back from Ricky the manager who tells me they had no drivers for that long so it would be another 20 minuteswhile they make my food again. About 20 minites before they closed. No compensation offered after telling me the hour long waiton my order would be longer. No incentive to ever order from them again. 100 percent contacting corporate. Complete failure toeven contact me while my food sat for double the total order to delivery time is absolutely ridiculous. Update: I was contactedby the new store owner (I believe it was) and was offered a resolution to my complaint. On few occassions do you hear back fromsomebody other than a manager and I think it shows an above average willingness to provide great service or a satisfactoryresolution if your initial experience is unsatisfactory. Ordered a pizza with Italian Sausage, Mushrooms and Green Peppers. When I got it home no Sausage at all on the pizza. When I... called the first person just kept saying I can't do anything about it so I asked for the manager. A fellow named Ricky said hewas the manager and if I wanted to drive clear back across town they would fix it, but then he proceeded to tell me I had notordered Sausage. We ordered a pizza with no cheese due to an allergy, they sent it with cheese and took the pizza back, we called to have them... remake it and it's been over 2 hours and the correct pizza still hasn't arrived. The phone rarely gets answered, the voice-mailis full, and when we finally got through, no one knew where our pizza was and said the delivery drivers were busy with otherorders.
