I arrived just as they opened for dinner, and was met with an enthusiastic hello. The artichoke soup as a starter was the... perfect start. The flavor and texture was amazing! I had the Rosetta for dinner and it exceeded high expectations. Theservice was helpful with the right suggestions and helped make for a wonderful dining experience. Read more

I have multiple severe food allergies and these wonderful people went ABOVE AND BEYOND to accommodate a dinner for me! I’m... used to only receiving lettuce and bringing my own dressing on the rare occasion I have to eat out, but as you can see in thephotos, the dishes they provided were of the highest quality and creation. I will certainly be coming here again when I travelthrough Grand Junction. Thank you for giving a weary traveler a wonderful meal! Read more

Celebrated my birthday here. We had AMAZING food - Authentic Northern Italian! The restaurant gifted me a package of homemade... cookies for my birthday. I must say, the chocolate chip cookies were the best chocolate chip cookies I've ever had in my life! The cookies were seriously something special. This restaurant is nothing but perfection and I love it. Eat here as often aspossible! Read more

It was a really yummy patio experience for our family of four. Gluten free olive focaccia, caprese salad, artichokes, pork... medallions with potatoes, and a traditional italian almond cake! Staff is very friendly. There are many delightful options forgluten free. The restaurant is gluten friendly, but not celiac safe. Reservations are highly encouraged. Read more

It has been several years since I have eaten here and having recently moved back to the area, I decided on take out this... evening. The food is just as I remembered- homemade, authentic Italian comfort food. The packaging maintained the heat and heldup. The Rosetta was spectacular- fresh pasta and rosemary ham rolled up with cheese and smothered in a delicious tomato creamsauce. Hubs had the Pasta Affumicata- homemade sausage, fresh spinach and mushrooms in a garlic cream sauce. Highly recommendthe sbrisolona and chocolate decadence cake. Delicious. The only reason this review did not receive 5 stars is that the orderwas missing the fresh bread and pepper spread that I was looking forward to. Read more

After a long day of hiking, we enjoyed a tasty meal at Il Bistro. I liked the atmosphere in the restaurant. It was an open space... with big plants and had good lighting. I loved my food. The minestrone was flavorful and my raviolis were light anddelicious. The second time we went here, it was disappointing. The service was terrible. We waited over an over for our foodand I, ultimately, asked for our waiter to box it by the time it came. However, the food was still fantastic. Read more
