Upon ordering the buy one get one for a $1 the guy taking our order tried to upscale by confusion of adding an egg and not... getting the deal. Rude. 2ndly got to payment window and was told we can't have that order due to bread unavailability. Wechanged the order and was charged full price despite it not being our fault they had missing product. 3 managers on duty andnone could figure out how to accommodate. Sorry but but not sorry.. Many of the reviews here are for things like "my app doesn't work" or "there was a long line and it took 15 minutes to get my... food!", Things that are not in control of the staff or things that should be expected. As a secret shopper for otherrestaurants, this place has been pretty okay so far at its lowest and great at its best. I've been coming here regularly overthe last 3 months or so and I have yet to have a single mistake on any of my orders. There were a couple times the wrappingcould have been better or the restaurant a bit cleaner, but being one of 3 McDonald's in a relatively large area, they arekilling it. Great food, service has always been friendly, accurate and my food has always been hot. (if you wait til you gethome and drive with AC of course your food will not be hot when you get home). From someone with 1.9million views on TikTok andover 60,000 views on Google, I can attest after coming here regularly at random times throughout the day, they are doing a greatjob. Bathrooms are disgusting. Place is dirty and there are flies everywhere. I asked for no pickles, there were pickles, asked for... lots of honey and I got 2. I asked for more and was informed I had to pay for them. My fries were upside down and spilled allover in my bag. There are no drink machines for refills. Whomever owns this location needs to think more about their customersand employees instead of their ever growing pocketbook. Read more
Edited from 4 star long wait and they tried to give my food to someone else when it was done I had to talk to the girl and so... did the other guy before she looked at the ticket. bathrooms were out of order the soda dispensers were disgusting covered inold soda. The AC was ether not working or on very low. The cashier took her time taking our order and also wasn't listening tohalf what I said. Didn't give us our dipping sauce. Read more
I got French fries and nugget meal, my fries had MOLD on it! Def don?t go here unless you want mold in your food.
When you pay the same as a full dinner at a regular restaurant and you get half of your order missing and cold its... disappointing. I honest to goodness think that these fries came from someone else?s order they were cold and soggy and we halfof them were there when I open the bag. I pulled them out right in front of the lady handed them to me and she didn?t even batan eye I guess it?s normal here. Than I reminded her to hand me my drink cup then I reminded her to him in my sauces but sheonly gave me one of even though I got 10 piece nuggets. Read more
Went to get lunch ordered on the mobile app because the drive-thru is always slammed around 12pm however I waited 20 minutes... from the time I got there till when I received my food which means I had to slam back my food because I only get 30 minutes formy lunch break on top of that the medium fry wasn't even filled up. Also my burger was practically still raw. I gave it 3 starscause I eat here regularly and this is really only the 1st time it's been this bad but I would really like to see McDonald'sstep it up from here on. Read more
