Muffin used to be great place but has been under new owner for about 18 months, and steadily gone downhill. Couple weeks ago... tried for breakfast but service was so slow never got thru line (even tho was only one party of two in front of me and I waitedten minutes line never moved) so I had to leave and go to Octopus. Had a very inexperienced young man making lattes who wascrazy slow, and only one young lady handling kitchen orders. Tried them again ten days later, just as slow on service. Nice quiet little mom and pop place. Bagels are made daily. Great selection. Their breakfast sandwiches are killer. Get there... early. They usually get packed and if you don't mind waiting, it's worth the wait. They have jumbo and mini muffins. Great forparties or individuals or breakfast on the go. Came hungry and hopeful. Left disappointed. Nothing was bad, but nothing was great either. The All American bagel sandwich with... bacon on everything bagel was bland and needed salt. I don't know how cheese, bacon, and Everything seasoning can need salt butthey found a way. The jalapeno bagel had no heat. The mocha drink seemed to be made with cheap chocolate. We absolutely enjoy these muffins! They're always moist and I've never had a bad experience. Today the choices were Carrot cake,... Raisin oat bran(my favorite), Double chocolate (Granddaughter's request), Pumpkin spice and Banana bread. Customer service isalways great! Read more
We stopped in for a quick breakfast after leaving hotel and heading to be with a family member in the hospital. Great variety of... muffins and bagels. There appears to be a juice bar inside that confused the line of patrons as it wasn't clear where to order.Once the line moved and people were ordering, things moved along. We had coffee and bagel combos which was affordable. Surprisedby prices of bagel sandwiches, a bit high given the area. More in line with Denver prices. Read more
Decent experience until the girl wiped her nose with her gloved hand and continued to make my sandwich. Play it safe and stick... with a muffin or bagel. Sandwich's are decent, but not amazing. Short staffed so long wait time. Wait staff was sweet, locationwas clean. Read more
I went there for lunch and I was the only person in there more customers arrived a few minutes later. I placed my order I waited... for 15 minutes and still didn?t get my order. Everyone else got their order. The gal didn?t submit my order or didn?t even ask aname for the order. Every customer should have a printed receipt. People shouldn?t get ripped off and get their order messed upor not submitted!!! Read more
