The Papa John's team in Grand Junction came in CLUTCH! We were on a train 10 minutes from Grand Junction and had a 10 minute... stop. We had been on the train for hours and just wanted something hot to eat. We called Papa John's and asked if they couldmake the pizzas and have it delivered to the station before our train left. We knew there was like a 1% chance of this actuallyhappening but we tried anyway. We were literally seconds from the train leaving the station and here comes the delivery driverinto the parking lot with hot pizzas in hand. I had to run out to his car and then sprinted to the train. I'm not joking when Isay the train started to move the second I stepped through the door. I stepped onto a car of cheering passengers. You guys savedthe day! It was like a scene from a movie and a day I will never forget ???? ?????????? 5-stars you guys!!! Thank you!! MacGyver was fabulous! My family was starving after a long journey. He made sure my delivery instructions to our hotel were... clear! Our pizza was delivered quickly and was reasonably priced. Ordered a pizza at 4:00pm to deliver to my work at 6pm. 6:15 rolls around and still no pizza. Now half my break is gone and no... food. Called to cancel my order and it's like they didn't even care. I put in a order for delivery and they said 38-48 minutes. It is now almost 2hrs after I ordered it and still haven?t seen it. I... understand that it could be busy but I have kids and it should say 2 hrs if it?s 2 hrs so I could have done something differentfor my family. Read more
We called at 7:25PM about our order, which we ordered at 6:14PM, being late and was told by the staff that they were still... within their 51 minute time-frame and that we were wrong even though we have the timestamp to prove this. Then, they decided toleave our food at the doorstep and didn't knock to let us know it was here, so it sat outside for 10 minutes because they didn'twant to update the app to let us know that it had been delivered.
