The Hispanic women working has gotten my order wrong multiple times now and it's the simplest thing ever "EXTRA SAUCE" look at... receipt it says "extra pepperoni" so I get charged more and get wrong food lol by the time I see the problem its toolate........ Read more

Try to call and make an order, cause I want to pay with cash since I can't pay online, and was put on hold for 20 mins. Hung up... and called two more times and was put on hold again for those two times! They have horrible customer service! Never trying toorder from them ever again! ???? Papa Murphy's either hire better workers or change your way of running things because this ismaking you lose customers! And this was how I was treated at both locations in my town! Read more

Called and was put on hold for 6 minutes. Finally decided to go into the store and place a to go order in person, while there I... kept on the phone line curious to see if they were busy, noticed only 3 people in front of me, there were 3 employees and the 2girls were laughing and joking around while 1 guy was actually working. I stayed on the line and timed it. They ended up keepingme on hold for 16 minutes in total before I left and hung up. Before leaving I heard one say laugh and say someone was stillholding on the phone. It wasn't busy, plus they had terrible customer service. They are consistent on their pizza. Thin crust and flavorful. They offer specials frequently. Friday is $5 pizza one toping... and cheese. But its great! Read more
