FIRE! We followed all the directions, exactly, and had a fire in the oven. Drove back to PM and they happily replaced the Family... size Meat Lover pizza, and explained we were the first family to report an oven fire, today. Repeat, TODAY. They had seen thisbefore and guessed some of the fire-safe white trays did not have fire retardant on the bottom. Then they asked if we got thewhite tray wet. No we didn't get it wet. (I guess that removes the retardant...?) My question to them is "Why isn't there a hugesign on the front door warning families about fire?" Unbelievable. We've ordered from PM for years, so this wasn't somefirst-timer mistake. Thanks PM for filling my house with thick smoke and screwing up my day. BTW, the clerk stated to get afree pizza you have to drive back to the store and let them see and trash the old pizza, so don't expect any compensation foryour time, gas, inconvenience, or, yeah, fire. This store is always slammed when I go in (especially on Tuesdays). The employees are always friendly and helpful. People... complaining about long waits on Tuesday need to learn how to order ahead (like mid-day) for an evening pickup, it's not rocketscience $10 Tuesdays, 4-5 employees and literally hundreds of pizzas....there's going to be a wait for last minute orders. We come here almost every Tuesday. We love the pizza and the fact that you can cook it fresh at home. We think it's a great... value. We usually ordered the Gourmet pizzas with the thin crust and we have a few that we rotate through. Ordering online andjust picking up is super easy and we never have any issues with order mixups or problems. We appreciate the food and servicethat we get here. Also, the rewards programs - we use that to order the salads and desserts once in a while. The Smore's is ourfavorite as well as the Mediterranean salad. Read more

Horrible customer service! 1st of all they don't explain you that you will get a raw pizza even though I told them it was my... first time buying there, I ordered and I even asked for a bottle of soda. When I asked if they had cups because my kids werethirsty they said you have to drink it at home. So I walked away with the raw pizza. Maybe their pizzas are good, at this pointwho knows. I personally trashed it. They acted like they were doing me a favor. How bad! Read more
