Night shift crew makes this truck stop a truck haven. They went together and bought my kids a pizza and drinks. If I could give 0 stars I would pilots are supposed to be known for their 24 hour convenience I had to walk inside to get my... receipt because none of the paper was in the pump when I went in decided to get a coffee but the entire coffee area was ashambles no half-and-half no whole milk none of the pots were full. The worker in the picture had quite the attitude. As I was checking out, he argued with me (using the F word multiple times) as... well as with the customer behind me. I was merely pointing out that the signs for the proteins milks were in the wrong place. Iwas willing to pay (what was now) double the price. Seen on reviews the Showers are really nice meaning CLEAN! So wasn?t any parking so had to park across the street at Loves and... after going in there i quickly realized I wasn?t showering here. So walked across the street to Pilot and they were right theytake pride on there cleanest Shower Belt hanging on the wall! Definitely one of the cleanest showers in Colorado! Staff were friendly they can do a little better????, store was well organized and clean, they have a variety of food selection,... the food sides weren't that fresh, restrooms were super clean, my shower was super clean, truck parking was clean and well litat night. It was a pleasant surprise to find a flying J here. It was clean, modern and a friendly staff. I was able to get fuel, DEF and... good parking spot for the night. Was nice to get a hot shower and a lot of choices from dozens of restaurants within 10 minutesdrive. They had no problem with me dropping the trailer to go grab some supper. Fully paved lot and good spacing, not too tightlike a lot of locations. Definitely will mark this location both in my GPS and on my Google Maps! Read more
Coffee service is getting bad. Also they are making you use the self-checkout kiosk, even when you refuse the cashier will come... and push all of the buttons for you. I told a cashier they were going to use this practice to cut back on staffing, she saidthey will cut back on Staffing if more people do not use the kiosk which is stupid. Nobody pays me to be a cashier here, youwould never know this was only a few years old by the condition and cleanliness or lack thereof.
