This place has really gone down hill, their soda machine is broke, they don?t even have iced tea, the employees are singing and... yelling loudly, some guy in the back making what sounds like bird calls, not a good atmosphere at all. The pizza was the onlygood thing. Read more

Poor Service. I call the Pizza Hut #, made my order stating my order will take 30 minutes. Been an hour since, waiting, no... delivery. I had to call the Pizza Hut #, with the option of contacting store location. Asked about my order and he didn?t have aclue or didn?t make any solution to get me my refund from a phone order while the representative took my card number payment.Very sad that this place has no answer for me to help with my refund. Your best deal is to contact the store directly so theywill know your order. Read more
First, the pizza was fresh and tasted good. Second, they didn't get the order right and we missed out on 2 pizzas. But that's... what we get for 1 person ordering and another picking up. Overall, the only reason stars were lost is the order error. You pay for bottles drinks, including water. No free water. Salad bar was very basic, nothing extra. Pizza was okay. Older... establishment. I didn't think it was worth the cost we paid for 2 people=$38. Read more
My husband placed and order for pickup and I went to pick it up. The gentleman that helped me was very courteous and showed true... customer service. This may not seem like much but nowadays these traits are mostly non- existent particularly in food servicewhere they are very much under appreciated. Thanks for your good pizza and GREAT service. I?ll say this location might get a bad rap because Pizza Hut uses a call center and just because your call a 970 number doesn?t... mean your actually call the store. I can say I was having trouble initially but after asking to speak with a manager I gottransferred to the restaurant and customer service was superb from my experience. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Betteryet no leftovers Pizza was exactly what we needed and ordered. Would recommend being sure your speaking with the store front andnot the call center!!
