I just walked into this location. There were four people, including the manager working behind the counter. No one acknowledged... me, and there was only one person working the line. There were 4 orders that one person made as the other customers and I stoodthere. I have worked in food service for 15 years and I have never seen such an unresponsive team. Only one person was workingwhile one staff member was watching another one finally joined the cash register. He only did this because I began recording. Ihave attached a picture to show this. It would be one thing if the other staff were doing anything, but they were literallystanding their deer in the headlights.
