I just walked into this location. There were four people, including the manager working behind the counter. No one acknowledged... me, and there was only one person working the line. There were 4 orders that one person made as the other customers and I stoodthere. I have worked in food service for 15 years and I have never seen such an unresponsive team. Only one person was workingwhile one staff member was watching another one finally joined the cash register. He only did this because I began recording. Ihave attached a picture to show this. It would be one thing if the other staff were doing anything, but they were literallystanding their deer in the headlights. My husband is hard of hearing, the girl that took our order was wearing a mask and refused to lower it so he could hear her... questions. I had to go back and forth between ordering my food and helping him. The staff, the other guests, and I were allinconvenienced, but that was nothing compared to the frustration my poor husband felt. He ended up with less than half of whathe wanted on his burrito bowl. Zero humanity and understanding for a disabled man. Totally unacceptable and disgraceful. Read more
I try not to be negative in reviews, but the quality and quantity of the food is just not what it needs to be. This is the... second and last time I'll try this location.
