Our drinks were great & the staff at the counter was professional, but this one employee sitting out in the cafe, was extremely... loud, and unprofessional. We left with our drinks due to her loud voice and loud conversation. I?m not sure if she has a hearingloss, but maybe management needs to teach her about an inside voice! Read more

It can be a very busy location, especially in their drive thru however they are typically quite quick. My most recent vist, my... wife's drink was unfortunately made incorrectly however one of the baristas immediately noticed what was wrong and quickly madethe correct drink for us and she was exceedingly kind. I was there today just 10 minutes ago (April 23 around noon) My drinks were amazing. The only reason I gave one star was because... this one employee who may have been a manager I?m not sure. Her name tag says ?NICOLE? she was extremely unprofessional and rudeto another lady in front all customers in there and mind you, this is Saturday and the store is very busy. I understand having adiscussion with your co workers. But the way she says it to the other lady shocks me. The other lady was shocked as well andkept asking her questions. She just said ?you and I, we?re gonna need to have a talk?. What kind of manager are you treatingyour team like that in front of a whole store? Ridiculous. Read more

This Starbucks is one of my personal favorites! I recently had been late to pick up my online order, and my drink was melted and... my sandwich was cold. Annie immediately noticed, and offered me a redo with the drink and my sandwich!! Her employee Faith wasalso quick with action and made sure that I got my items redone immediately. I appreciate their hard work! They are a veryfriendly and understanding staff, and they are experts at what they do! If I could give 10 stars I would!! Read more
