Monday dinner was busy, but well worth the wait for a party of 5. Everything was delicious! Miso Soup, Gyoza and Yakitori for... appetizers. Dinner consisted of Chicken Katsu, Curry Katsu, Yaki Udon, Yakisoba, and a California Roll. Everything was amazing!Did not get pictures as we were hungry. Go to the website, the menu pictures are very accurate. Pricing was very fair, the Sakeand green tea was delicious. Good bar and wine menu. The atmosphere was great, there are a few kotatsu available. Everyone wasvery friendly, definitely going to dine here again. Takeout is still available through the back entrance. Highly recommend! We went around 5:10pm and there were already several tables with people and eventually it was packed. We're from out of state... but I could tell this was a local favorite. I loved the wall decorations with kimonos. I love that they give complimentary misosoup. The sushi was also really good quality for the price and delicious. I've been to dozens of sushi places in my life in theeast coast and this place is one of my favorites. Read more

A very cool place. Food was well prepared and good too. Our plates were full, though there was a lot of cabbage padding. I was a... little disappointed that although my dish, Calamari, had mushrooms specifically mentioned, there were only 4 very thin slices ofmushroom. All in all a worthwhile experience though. We ordered a lot of different sushi rolls and it definitely did not disappoint. Very delicious with a great presentation of the... rolls. The service was amazing. There was a line was as soon as they opened!!!! All of the staff was super friendly and very efficient. The food was delicious... as well. Listen we all know that getting fresh fish in the middle of Colorado is not the easiest thing to do. But Suehiro's is some... pretty Fresh fish. The salmon nigiri is to die for. I love the dynamite shrimp rice bowl. If you have a craving for sushi do notpass the opportunity up. Also, seriously, try the mochi! Read more
Nice little sushi spot on Main St. We ordered Chicken Teriyaki bento box with sushi and Tuna Don. I asked the waitress if I... could get the tuna raw rather than grilled as noted on the menu. She was happily accommodating and said yes. The staff arefriendly, atmosphere is wonderful and food was very good and fresh. We would definitely go back if in the area again. Read more
