Used my little bit of tip money from my shift to order food. Got nothing that I ordered and they didn't give me a receipt. Went... back through the drive through and they asked for the receipt they didn't give me. Ended up paying for my entire order AGAIN.They didn't give me a receipt the second time ether and I spent a total of 40$ for one order. Incompetence at its finest. Read more
Went through the drive through. When I asked for my items to be put in a bag the "kid" at the window acted like I was asking... for a million dollars. I was not given a receipt. Incalked and spoke with Jared, the manager, who was extremely rude and when Itold him what had happened his response was "what donyou want me to do!" When I asked about customer service and please don't berude to me he said "You can have a nice day" very rudely and hung up on me. Go to 29 and North much better place!!!! Read more
I ordered a steak, egg and cheese gordito at drive thru and while driving I bit into it and it was bacon, I don't eat pork as... part of my faith. Every time I get food from here theres always ingredients missing or incorrect items replaced with something else. Would be nice... if someone makes sure correct items are in the order and also if they can label the burritos. Read more
This Taco Bell restaurant on North Ave tends to run clean. Music plays on quality speakers at a comfortable volume. Nice for... visits especially at off-peak hours when the dining room is more peaceful, service is faster and more accurate and it is easierto follow conversation with less background chatter. It's a good Taco Bell. Everything is clean: floors, counters, tables, workspaces. It all looks great every time I... visit. Employees have always been friendly and helpful. Orders have a high level of accuracy and if anything is missed it getscorrected with no trouble. Location includes a digital ordering kiosk, if one doesn't feel like talking. It has an open floorplan with one bench seat/chair seating arrangement that could hold a party of 8-10. The bathrooms are clean and spacious.Everything in the customer area is wheelchair or stroller accessible. if you do come with a young child, be aware that there isno changing table in either bathroom.
