I ordered from the app. to include some app only items. the app charged me for the items but showed incomplete. I went into... the store to pick up the order and they stated even though I was confirmed charged, they couldn't help me. When I offered tobuy again but wanted a price match to my online order they stated no. (I was going to get a credit from my CC for the otherorder) So their app has done this twice now and I can't in good conscience order anything else through the app due to themcharging but not giving any support. Also they admitted they knew about this issue but gave me a 1-800 number. This particulartrip was the second time and the cashier was extremely rude to me. Read more

This location is a joke. They can?t make an order right in person, the drive thru or for delivery. And when you call to fix the... issue, they refuse to do so. It does not require a college education to make food and ensure your customers are taken care of. The manager and GM should be ashamed. Read more

Just went tonight my only complaint is that in my ordered I ordered 4 regular soft tacos with just the meat and cheese (I said... it twice) but they put lettus in it also. I also don't like that Taco Bell in general does not have kids meals anymore. Read more

Waaaaayyyyyy better experience than my taco bell experiences in Columbus Georgia. In Georgia, rude employees, way smaller... portions in the crunch wrap and quesadilla. Read more

Have been doing really good on orders, except one item lol. The steak grilled cheese burrito. I would just avoid ordering this... at this location, because they for some reason seem to get real confused when you order this. I think out of about 10 or sotimes I've ordered this, they have gotten it right one time. This time, they didn't even put steak in it, AFTER repeating backthe order of a double steak grilled cheese burrito to me. Read more

Person identified herself as shift manager refused to correct an issue at the drive thru window for my niece and my wife. When I... called to get a resolution for this said person was rude disrespectful and refuse to answer questions relating to the storemanager. This is simply the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I myself work in a customer service industry andif I treated one of my customers the way I was treated on the phone I would get fired. Will not be returning to this locationever. If so called managers are permitted to treat customers in that manner I will not support them with my business. Read more

Another great location and perfect for on the way home! The entrance door gets hot though, I guess, so be careful. They have... signs on the door to keep people from burning themselves when they enter on a hot day, plus the door handle is now wrapped. Good food and solid people working there to help you. :) Read more
