This was my first time visiting a Texas Roadhouse, and I was not disappointed! My server behind the bar was very friendly,... attentive, and fast especially considering how busy he was and that he was the only person behind the bar. We were planning a double Birthday meal. We called on Saturday at 6 and was told that even though the website says 35 minutes... that we couldn't get in till 9:30. We decided to go on Sunday so we we called back and set up a time for 6:45. We stude in thelobby till 7:20 then we were talken to 2 tables on together. The hole point of this dinner and calling ahead to reserve a tableis so we could be together. If we wanted to have 2 tables we could have just showed up and gotten 2 tables. We told our serverthat we would like to be together. He said that atleast we were close to each other and laughed. We tried to deal with it andit tuned out to be horrible. We couldn't have a conversation or even share appetizers. Our server took our order and couldplainly see a here us comitt that we were not happy with the seating arrangements. I asked for a manager and she showed up anddidn't even make eye contact with me. She went to the other table and told them something I couldn't hear her and even thoughI asked for her she never came to our table. The food was good for the most part. My Son's food was horrible. He wantedchicken fingers fries and mac and cheese. In the menu it says cheeses mac in town what he got was old dried out box mac. Hisfries were mostly burnt and chicken was rubbery. Our salad had no croutons and was bland and boring with out some crunch. Alland all the food was good not great by a long stretch. The bill had a 5% discount on it but that doesn't make up for us notbeing able to have a conversation and we were charged for my son's drink even though the ranger meal comes with a drink. I amvery disappointed with the hole thing. It was the worst experience we have ever had at Roadhouse. Read more

It’s been a long time since we ate here! Wasn’t to long of a wait for the table. The front of house was very welcoming and... apologetic about waiting 5-15mins. Kameron was our waiter he was very attentive and always came back to check on our table inperfect timings. He did great with how busy he was calm like it was nothing. Nice, professional, clean waiter and restaurant.Thank you. Was our first time eating out with our 6week old he slept through whole thing but was a great experience and muchneeded mini family date! Delicious food and wonderful service! The ribeye was juicy, flavorful, and the mushrooms just added another layer of yumminess!

Saturday afternoon, excellent service, it was busy, however our waitress was so cool, she kept the bead and butter coming till... our food came. We semi planned out for a birthday & they really came through with arranging a group of 12 sitting together!Thanks for a great birthday , food & service! Chicken salad was great! Read more

Extremely disappointed both with this location and Texas Roadhouse as an organization. One of their employees (a host) placed... 6-12 hairs under the butter and sour cream in a potato that I was then served while dining in. Both the wait staff and the hostsseemed to find the incident pretty funny. I wouldn’t know how management felt because after multiple attempts to reach themthrough their website, email and social media, I never even got so much as a phone call or apology email. I fully believe thatthe reason I never heard back is because this is both an acceptable and trained behavior in this location and possibly as acorporation. I also reported this disgusting incident to the Mesa County Health Department. I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN AND ISTRONGLY CAUTION ANYONE ELSE CONSIDERING IT! The most disappointing part of this entire episode is I pointed out to managementthe employee who not only put the hair in the food but then bragged socially about doing so. All they had to do was take care oftheir employee issue by reviewing their own video or reaching out and telling me they were reviewing it. After a full month ofgiving them the opportunity to take care of it before leaving a review it is clear they are are not correcting it because doinggross things to peoples food is acceptable to their organization. This was a great order. During busy times I have found the cooking is off. Decided to go before the rush hours. Steak was... cooked perfectly. Everything was great. Personally I won’t go anymore during rush hours even to pick up. The new pick upwindow is perfect for getting things. Don’t forget to ask for peanuts. All in all we will be back but only before the rushhours. I had a gift card and oddly enough there is no way to use on the app. So we had to do the card at the pick up window. Read more
