His passion for delivering and outstandingexperiences in both food and service clearly came through when talking with him and in our own experience. Absolutely delicious!!! Service was very good too. The mac and cheese was so yummy. I did the sea bass with pilaf and green... beans. Super flavorful. My friend got scallops and potatoes and she really liked hers. Our waiter Steven was so fun. Veryattentive, helpful, and fun. We got the palisade cake special as well. So rich and decadent. The atmosphere is a wonderful mix of upscale and casual. Our server Charles was fantastic! Kind and attentive without ever being... overbearing. You will need to be prepared to spend some serious money here, but if you can afford it, the food is worth everysingle dime. The White Mushroom appetizer was so good even my mushroom-hating son loved it. We ordered five different dinnersand every plate was cooked perfectly! It was a happy accident to eat here. We were looking for wine tastings but then we found this restaurant instead. The location... and the restaurant itself was amazing. The food on the other hand was superb! We had the calamari and soup for appetizers andwas so good. The entree were the prime rib and the featured halibut which were both flavorful and savory! The owner comes to askeach table how things were and that's nice. Make sure you have reservations though because they are packed. Read more
MUST HAVE: The Whitefield Mushrooms in Garlic Butter are the best item on the menu! You won't be disappointed. The cranberry... creme brulee cheesecake was also a close second- rich creamy texture without being too strong. The cranberries were tart andpaired with the cheesecake well. The scallops had great reviews but I was disappointed. There was no crust and the sauce wascompletely overpowering. The rest was great- Superior service (glasses never got less than half full at any point in thenight), the steak melted in your mouth and the sauces were both light and flavorful. The Mac and cheese was surprisingly goodand I'd recommend it for both adults and children. Read more
Overall the service and atmosphere is fantastic! Unfortunately, the food is a couple notches below the price you pay for it. If... you're a foodie, the food is not worth the price. Everything else is excellent ???? Read more
