My Alfredo dish came cold, barley anything it it. The employee with the long pony tail is very rude. She had no manners at all.... Made me wait for her for 10 minutes while she was doing nothing. I asked twice if I could pay for my dish. She ignored me. So Igrabbed it and left the change and left. She was beeping very rude. Downgrading again: there was a hair baked in to my pizza today AND it was yet again marked as ready before it actually was. Come... on guys. Updating my review, because the last four times I've ordered for pickup, the order has not been ready when the trackersays its ready. The employees are marking orders as "ready for pickup" the moment they come out of the oven, skipping qualitycheck entirely. Not a huge deal, but irritating if you're already there and waiting. I think we all already know what the Domino's menu tastes like. Honestly, it's really good but far from "the best" pizza I've... ever had. However, I LOVE ordering from here because of the staff. They're incredibly kind and you can tell they take pride inthe level of service they provide! ???? 2022 UPDATE: The quality of the food has changed. We still order regularly but havefigured out what items are consistent and what to avoid ordering (ie: the wings have good flavor but are soggy, so we don'torder wings anymore; the dips are horrible so we don't get those anymore either). My first time using the online ordering system. It’s a Friday night so I know they were going to be busy. After getting my... order in the cart I submitted it with my payment information and delivery address. It gave me a start time on my order and atext notification option which I accepted. I must say I was very impressed with the whole experience. The delivery was awesomeand the text notifications were on time. My pizza was removed from the warming bag and still oven hot. The Thin Crust Deluxepizza was absolutely delicious. A generous proportion of my favorite ingredients in every bite. Domino’s you did great! Thank you!! Read more
First time I've been to a Domino's in at least 20 years. Got chicken wings and the chicken alfredo. Both were very good and... the prices were fair considering today's market. The place itself was super clean & employees were friendly. Read more
Ordered an extra large pizza for a business meeting tonight at our office and asked for it to be cut into 10 or 12 pieces. Not... only was the pizza cold when it arrived (15 minutes prior to our scheduled drop off time), but ot was very poorly made as wellas cut. I always order carry out on the app and out of maybe 6 times they have been ready when the app said every time. My toppings are... always accurate, the food is cooked exactly perfect, they one time missed my request for square cut(that’s just my preference)but I can look past that once as I saw how busy they were when I went in to pick it up. Place is always clean and employees arevery courteous and professional. I honestly did not like Dominoes when I lived in Lansing(many bad experiences) but since thisone opened, it’s my favorite pizza place. Worst establishment i’ve ever attended. Terrible service, terrible management, TERRIBLE FOOD. I placed a pick up order last... night, came in and wasn’t greeted what so ever. Not surprising for me tho i’m used to this. Received my order, got home, thepizza was TERRIBLE. Uncooked, sloppy, grease was dripping through the cardboard. I thought it wouldn’t get worse, but it did.I called for a replacement order, to give this franchise another chance (Which I won’t anymore) and they REFUSED to replace myorder i had just placed unless i could find the receipt that we all seem to dispose of after ordering something as small as apizza. You would think they could go back and look into their system, especially if i am telling them word for word what iordered, what time i ordered, and who was working once i picked up. If i could give this specific franchise 0/10, i would do itin a heart beat.
