Went in to pick up my order on Friday night. I was a bit early and they were busy. But the girl who helped me at the counter (I... think her name was Kendra?), was very nice and said she would get my order out as quickly as possible so I didnt have to waitlong. Unfortunately my family likes the food. The service is painful to deal with EACH & EVERY TIME. After so many wrong orders &... missing items being delivered, I thought i would make it easy for all of us if I just went & picked the pizza's up.... NOPE. Igot there, after ordering over the phone, to find my meal order was lost. They took my order again, made me pay, then I waited.After a woman took my order a second time while I waited, it finally was handed to me AND THEN I WAS ASKED TO PAY AGAIN. I toldthem the young girl had already made me pay. The young girl said nothing when they asked to see the receipt. I told them i wasnot given a receipt. It was an absolute mess.
