We pulled up at 755 walked in at 756 and the guy said they're "closed' and wouldn't sell us a hot n ready that was going to get... thrown out anyway. Ridiculous. Don't pull I'm there anywhere close to 8 or they won't sell to you. Read more

I went into this location today to pick up an order I placed. I had previously asked for a small cheese pizza. I was unaware... that they did not offer different sizes and they never told me any different. They upsold me on another pizza I did not wantthen after reviewing the pizzas they never cut my 3 meat they convinced me to buy. When I called to tell the store about it theytold me they were swamped and they only had the one size of pizza. When I asked why they didn?t tell me that they didn?t have areason then said thanks for the feedback and hung up on me. No reconciliation or real accepting of the mistakes. Poor customerservice. Okay, I get people are short staffed. But I put a. Online order at 5:50, it has a been a HOUR and I was told it would be done at... at 6:15. It was not done. I stay in the lobby about 30 minutes+ waiting on my order. While I was sitting there, their was 3other people in the lobby complaining about how they were waiting and been waiting for over 40 minutes. Then the asst managertold a some that he was ?too busy? to get her, her money back because they messed up her order. Read more

Ordered from Grand Ledge Little Caesars off the app a Detroit style pan pizza. Got a order number, credit card got charged and... it was suppose to be ready in 30 minutes. Went to pick up pizza and was told "We can't make Detroit style here, so we didn'tmake it". Why didn't they call us and tell us the don't make that kind at the Grand Ledge store. When you select the store itshouldn't show you things they don't make. Read more

Accidentally ordered from the wrong store on the app was told by the assistant GM that they couldn't reverse it. After going to... another store they said they can reverse it and he just doesn't know what he is doing. He was very rude and did not care to eventry to help. He told me he was going to go because he had work to do. If it wasn't for customers like me he wouldn't have ajob. Also they accepted my mobile app order the other day and were closed when I got there. Read more

Bad service, staff are rude each time I went. They seem to have no organization or training. Online order said 17 minutes wait.... I go into the store and cannot find my order,staff told me that they gave not processed it. Took another 40 minutes to get out.I ordered two pizzas and see the picture for the folded and stuck pizza. I didn't feel like going in to request a new order. Iwill not visit this store. Read more
