This place has went down hill after new owner took over. The food is mediocre at best now, grinders have barely enough... ingredients and the chicken quesadilla was burnt to a crisp. Everything I've tried from this particular mancinos was very good,grinders are piled high, quesadilla was on point. Overall if your out in grand ledge stop by, me personally, I live in lansingand pass by 2 other mancinos to come to this one, it's definitely worth it. Read more

Very disappointed. Ordered today and my husband brought them home. They barely had any toppings. All of the grinders had one... piece of each meat on it. Like, literally one slice. You know you can buy a whole pound of salami for $8 at Meijer? Extremelysad that this location has gone downhill so bad. Next time I will spend the $50 at the grocery store and make my own. I haven't been here in a few months and heard they changed owners or management. Ordered my usual sub and got this. Barley and... lettuce, no mayonnaise and one piece of ham. Very disappointed it used to be so good. Read more

I have been ordering from here for years and it is usually excellent but my last order was a joke! Very disappointed in my... grinders ordered extra meat and extra cheese and barely got any at all ! The bread was a 1/8 inch thick. Will post pictures ifit's an option. Read more
Stopped here to try a gluten free grinder. Sandwich was hot and tasty. The GF bread held up remarkably well.
Absolutely terrible service. I placed a pick up order online just before 7, it said it should be ready in 15-20 minutes. I... arrive to pick up my order that I had already paid for and they're closed. The hours online state open until 8, on the door itsays 9, so one would think that they would be open at 7:15. If you're going to close 1-2 hours early maybe turn off the onlineordering option, or at the very least inform the customer the order will not be fulfilled before they drive all the way to thestore. When I called the store the employee just answered by saying "Manicinos we're currently closed" when asked about my orderthey said "I don't know it's voided." Crazy how it's "voided" and yet I have a $23 charge on my credit card. Read more
