Very clean but there was an employee (just got promoted to manager in training so we heard him declare loudly in dining area)... who couldn't take his break without his volume on phone up a quadrillion megahertz where my children and I were forced to listento a lady with cats named Shadow swear. Best service ever, God bless the kiosk's existence for easy navigation
Little disappointed, touchscreen menu, very little contact , our order was wrong. What we did get was hot. Just would of... preferred correct order. ( ham,egg and cheese muffin NO EGG) And got the egg. The rest of the order was good and correct. Thusthe four stars instead of five. Read more
Don't even bother going to this location. I went inside while I was in the gas station. I stood at the counter for several... minutes waiting while several employees saw me standing there but not one person would actually take my order. I left thendecided to go through drive thru since I was traveling. I ordered a Bacon egg and cheese biscuit, which I should have checkedimmediately. I took my order got back on the road to only find out several minutes later it is a McMuffin. Too late to go backso it's just a waste of my time and money. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE EITHER. Don?t ever go to this McDonald?s try the extra five minutes to Portland I promise you will not regret it the staff is absolutely... rude and all of them, they always forget/messed things up and the wait time is ridiculous not to mention they are always verymean and Disrespectful even when you are being very polite. Don?t dare ask them to fix something because if you do you will bemet by hostility by their employees I promise no matter how nice you ask. The day after yesterday my brothers house caught fire and I needed to leave early and then the next day I had him stay with me... so I called in to take care of him and then I felt very sick after getting poked for plasma (making extra cash for my brothers)and crystal told me that she wouldn't tell the store manager and that I'm going to be written up. They never give me days Irequested off as well I would've loved to work here if they didn't treat you so poorly as an employee. I hope their dumpsterburns down again. Read more
I tried one of the new crispy chicken sandwiches and a med fry with a shamrock shake. The ladies working were amazing and I got... my food so fast I started walking out before I even got my shake. Which they caught me and I left very happy with their service. The sandwiches was good the temp was good and the presentation was on par for a good store. The shake was delicious however Ido miss the cherry on top as they nolonger offer one. The Fries were luke warm @ best and only half full versus full as shown inthe pictures. Im sure if I would have walked back into the store they would have corrected the problem. The other issue was theywere a little crisp the fry oil either need to be filtered or cleaned. The store was clean and overall it was a very pleasantexperience. Im not entirely sure what their drive through window times are however I'd imagine they were pretty quickly. Always fast and friendly service here. Food is typical McDonald's but the staff are friendly and always quick to help.
