This review has nothing to do with the pizza or food served. I ordered pizza a couple of days ago for my dad. My email, his... name. The next day I started getting emails for my dad from Chime. I obviously didn't sign him up for chime by ordering PizzaHut, so that means they INSTANTANIOUSLY sold my email and address information to a 3rd party. They want me to verify myinformation, they want to send me a debt card, sign up for an account through them, etc. I shouldn't be worried about Pizza Hutneeding money to the point where they sell your private info. Gross. That behavior is gross. Online order at your own risk, theydo NOT care about the safety of your personal information. Thank goodness I clicked pay on arrival instead of giving them mycard number, goodness knows who would have gotten it. You can't trust anyone now adays. Read more
I usually get pick up and it's usually ready pretty quickly and a smooth experience at check out. They have limited "Boxed Dine... In" now were you can order at the counter and sit down and they will bring it out to the table. It's a nice compromise forlimited staff. Read more
Decided to go back to Pizza Hut after a long absence, had felt like the quality had fallen off and just stopped for a while. It... was the crust, it just was not as nice and chewy as it used to be. Today it was back to good quality but darn it's hard to pay20 plus dollars for a medium sized meat lovers pizza! That's not their fault, pretty common everywhere anymore but whew! I didcurbside pickup and they were ready on time and the pizza was quite hot. Full credit for that. Also, I paid for extra cheese andpepperoni and honestly couldn't tell that there was extra, just seemed like a solid ordinary amount. Could not get the app towork either which was also a problem the last couple times so they've not really improved it at least as far as I can tell. Thistime it kept saying it didn't know my name but wouldn't let me do a new account because my phone number was already in thesystem. Just got into a circular Catch-22 and finally simply ordered online. So, bottom line, it's a good experience as far asthe product but there are a lot of other factors that hurt it. Read more
The pasta I ordered was as good as always but the breadsticks were somewhat of a horror show. Parmesan was caked on them and... they were underdone. Wasnt super impressed with this location's food. Guess I'll be ordering from the location more in Lansing.??????? Read more
One of my favorites!!!! Super delicious pizza. I am a vegetarian and really like the options that I get in here. Crust is not to... thick and draggy. Its nice and crunchy. I would like it if the crust is crunchier too. Its always soft. Overall I like it be itat home order or fine dining. Read more
