Me and my girlfriend went to taco bell for a quick meal, even ordered online and we both ordered the $5 boxes but whenever they... were handed to us the boxes were completely mixed up and I was never given a fork for my potatoes; in the picture you see whatis supposed to be a beefy 5 layer burrito but instead I discovered within the first bite after getting nothing but a mouthful ofsour cream and tortilla that I wouldn?t even get to the ?beefy? part of the burrito until I was already half way done with it,honestly very disappointed with the meal overall. This was the worst meal I've ever had in my entire life I didn't finish anything I left a bit into everything like twice and... threw it away because it was disgusting the chalupa was so dry at like fell apart in different layers which is disgusting Idon't know how long your chalupees have been sitting out but this was the most follow meal I ever had and then to top it all offit wasn't even warm the cheese was never melted and look what you guys did to my sweatshirt was going to be so wet and soggythat was going to leak all over my outfit Read more
Just paid $5.50 cents for the most cold, crusty burrito ever. I ordered with no onions but guess what? There were onions on it.... Really could have used some fire sauce but nope, none of that either. If the cook is reading this, please, ask yourself "Would Ieat this?" If the answer is no, then don't expect people to be happy and don't expect to be paid minimum wage. Read more
The food was actually hot! I go to this location frequently because its one of the few places in GL open late. I always order on... the app and the past 3 times part of my order was missing or so cold it was hard to eat. Just a bummer I know they struggle withstaff and shortages but I shouldn't have to drive around multiple times to get my missing / cold order. Ordering from the kiosk proved difficult when multiple meals are selected. The kiosk does not allow for different drink choices.... There was no staff available to assist at the time. We did manage to get someone's attention and she was very helpful ingetting us the breakfast burritos we'd come to love at Taco Bell in Colorado. Read more
I don?t do reviews so this should already tell you how bad it is. Never in my life have I seen such poor packaging. I seriously... don?t even know if I?m able to eat my quesadilla because of the way they folded and mashed it into the bag. $20 on DoorDashcompletely down the drain and I?m furious. I visit this Taco Bell frequently and it has been hit or miss. Sometimes you will be in line for thirty or more minutes and... still end up getting either poorly prepared food or missing items. Other times it will be quick and the food will be made to thestandard it should be. The time issue isn't the fault of the workers (I would assume) but rather the fault of Taco Bell notpaying their employees enough which leads to low retention. So yeah, it's Taco Bell.
