This location has improved so much over the last year, we'll done. Good food, love the chili. Always clean inside as well.
Terrible. The cashier forgot our drinks and ranch for our nuggets then seems inconvenienced when I ask for them. Cold fries,... nuggets, and old burger for the Junior bacon cheese. No wonder nobody else was in the drive through... Read more
I am very, very tired of this location. There are several instances I wish to speak about. Twice, I was in Grand Ledge and... decided to stop in at Wendy's. However at 4:15 pm on a Wednesday you would expect them to be open. Not! Okay, round one goes tothem! I didn't realize that fast food restaurants on a very busy road would be closed at 4 pm Monday thru Friday! Really?! Thenext instance a few weeks later I stopped in there at 3:30 pm and no one was in the parking lot, there were no vehicles and nolights on. Okay, round two goes to them! They should have been open until 4 pm however they were not! Okay, round three today.I was in Grand Ledge, checked their website and it stated the drive thru was open from 6:45 am until 4 pm. The dining hall wasopen from 10:30 am until 4 pm. Yay! I drove over there and there multiple vehicles in the parking lot. Whoo hoo! Imagine mysurprise at 10:55 am when I pull up to the order screen... and wait... and wait... 11:00 am... 11:04 am... No one. So then Idecide to (just as an experiment) give them a call. Surprise, surprise, no one answers the phone. So then I pull forward slowly,look in the drive thru window (the second one) and no one is there. Only a headset sitting on the shelf. Okay... So then I driveforward a few more feet and I see an employee sitting on a table looking down. As she looks up I mouth the words: "Are youopen?" and kind of make a shoulder shrug and uplifting double hand gesture. She in turn mouths back: "We are on break". I thenproceed to leave with a very strong sense of frustration while shaking my head at this poor quality employee. Okay, I get it.Restaurants are struggling with having quality employees or heck, just ANY employees. I understand and try not to lose my cool.I get that a lot of employees are overworked, underpaid, and stressed out. I understand.. HOWEVER, this is just gettingridiculous. It looks closed with no cars in the parking lot. Come to find out the workforce is too young to drive, I thought this was funny.... I forgot to use my coupon at the pay window because I was laughing at the kid who told me they were all too young to drive.Anyway, the manager was able to use my coupon after the fact and refunded me the difference. Will never go back ! Crispy fries ? More like WET noodles and COLD! Chicken nuggets COLD. Frosty machine down, couldn't get a... receipt, machine down. Mess up big orders every time. Ordered 5 meals for the family and when we got home 2 items were not in the bags. Called and... they offered to replace both and also give us a complimentary value meal. Went back today for the compensation and alsoordered more food. Nothing was forgotten this time but I just had the worst "Asiago Chicken sandwich" ever. Bun, chicken, mayo and pickles... that is not an Asiago sandwich. been there multiple times around 7;30 pm. always out, no one answers the drive thru, and when they do theres always an excuse... to not fill my order including the fryer blew up. i will go to my stand by dairy queen, they are always happy and fill the orderpromptly. Read more
