Wonderful place to stay with young kids & dogs. We rented a cabin in October for a long weekend. 2 families with young kids and... dogs. It is a very clean & well kept cabin with all the essentials. Ceiliac Review. Delicious! I had the grilled walleye with veggies (peas & corn) and rice. Served with tarter sauce and lemon.... Absolutely delicious! Best meal of weekend touring Grand Marais. If you are staying in town, it is definitely worth the drive upthe hill to try their food! Very friendly staff & particularly man named Rich who has worked there several years and adds acharm to the establishment. My hubby had buffalo wings & would give them a 4 star, being the connoisseur that he is regardingwings. Beautiful view, wait was a bit long even though we beat the rush & a couple dining corners could have been betterorganized, but I'm particular about clean & tidy ambiance. Well done Raven Rock! Not everyone is on vacation pace, so just speedthings up a bit & give a critical eye to your dining areas & you'll get more 5 stars!! Was a pleasure dining there. Read more
